1998    Presentation of Paul Harris Award to Rotarian Ray Terry in recognition of Rotary Service. Rotarian Keith Alliott wins Trophy for best net score over 2 days at the Annual Rotary Golf  Tournament at St. Andrews.

1965   First Rotary Charity Ball, Visits to Pantomime and Wicksteed Park by Dove Lane Children. Winners of Eric Potter District Golf Trophy. 1968 Disabled Children’s Holiday in Belgium , V.S.O. sponsored. 1969, 1971 Outward Bound entrants sponsored.

1960    Skegness Caravan Holidays started. First party to Twickenham Rugby. 1961 Swimming Club formed. 1963 Twinning with Aars , Denmark , Workshop for Elderly project started. 1964 Multiple Sclerosis transport started. Scouts sponsored to visit Romorantin.
